Definitions & Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between ring4 ("Platform", "we", "us") and each individual who uses our services ("User", "you").

1.1 Definitions

• "Platform" — The ring4 website and all its associated services.
• "Account" — A user's registered personal profile.
• "Bet" — A financial wager placed on the outcome of a specific event or game.
• "Wallet" — The internal balance within an account where deposits and winnings are held.
• "Bonus Funds" — Additional funds awarded under a promotional offer, usable under specific conditions.
• "Wagering Requirement" — The obligation to place a specified amount in bets before bonus winnings can be withdrawn.

1.2 Applicability of Terms

These Terms apply to all betting, casino, slots, and esports services on ring4. Separate special terms may apply to specific games or promotions and must be read together with these main Terms. In the event of any conflict, the special terms will take precedence.

Eligibility & Registration

2.1 Age Requirement

To open an account and use ring4's services, you must be at least 21 (twenty-one) years of age. Use of this platform by minors is strictly prohibited.

2.2 Registration Conditions

At the time of registration, you must confirm the following:

• All information provided is accurate, complete, and up to date.
• You are operating the account in your own name and for your own benefit.
• You have not previously been banned from ring4.
• You are not an employee of ring4 or a member of an employee's family.
• Online gaming is not legally prohibited in your jurisdiction.

2.3 One Account Policy

Each person may hold only one ring4 account. If multiple accounts ("duplicate accounts") are found belonging to the same person, all accounts will be suspended and any bonuses will be cancelled.

Account Management

3.1 Password & Login Security

It is your responsibility to keep your account login details completely confidential. Do not share your credentials with anyone. If you suspect any unauthorised access to your account, contact us immediately at [email protected].

3.2 Identity Verification (KYC)

ring4 reserves the right to verify a user's identity at any time. The following documents may be requested for verification:

• National Identity Card (NID) or a copy of your passport
• Proof of mobile banking or bank account
• Proof of current address

ring4 reserves the right to place withdrawals on hold until verification is complete.

3.3 Account Suspension or Closure

ring4 may suspend or permanently close any account for the following reasons:

• Violation of these Terms
• Providing false or misleading information
• Suspected fraudulent activity or collusion
• Bonus abuse
• At the user's own request

Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

ring4 currently supports the following payment methods:

• bKash — Bangladesh's most widely used mobile banking service
• Nagad — The postal department's digital financial service
• Rocket — Dutch-Bangla Bank's mobile banking service
• Bank Transfer — Major commercial banks including Sonali Bank, Dutch-Bangla Bank, and others

4.2 Deposit Conditions

• Deposits must be made only from a payment method registered in your own name.
• Deposits from third parties are not accepted.
• Deposit limits may apply until your account is verified.
• ring4 does not charge any additional fees on deposit transactions; however, your payment provider may apply their own charges.

4.3 Withdrawal Conditions

• Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used for the deposit.
• Any active bonus wagering requirements must be met before a withdrawal can be made.
• ring4 reserves the right to hold withdrawals until identity verification is complete.
• Additional verification may be required in cases of unusual transaction patterns.

Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 Welcome Bonus

Newly registered users on ring4 will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳5,000. The bonus terms are as follows:

• Example 1: ৳1,000 deposit → ৳1,000 bonus → Total balance ৳2,000
• Example 2: ৳12,000 deposit → ৳5,000 bonus → Total balance ৳17,000

5.2 Wagering Requirement

A wagering requirement of 10 times (10x) applies to the bonus amount. The wagering requirement applies only to the bonus amount — not to the deposit amount.

5.3 General Bonus Rules

• A bonus offer is applicable only once per household, device, IP address, or payment method.
• Bonus balances cannot be withdrawn directly — only the winnings portion is withdrawable after the wagering requirement has been met.
• ring4 reserves the right to modify or withdraw any bonus offer at any time.
• If fraudulent bonus use is found, the bonus and any associated winnings will be cancelled.
